The principal of the school is highly qualified with rich experience in teaching and administration.

Learning is based on practical aspect of education and laboratory based experiments.

Faculty members actively involve and engage themselves in research work and community interactions for an overall enhancement in their own skills.

MPS has also arranged specialized training on information Technology based techniques for teachers.

Curriculum

MPS follows the curriculum prescribed by C.B.S.E and N.C.E.R.T. which is child centered and activity oriented. It is designed to ensure development of self discipline, etiquettes, Verbal, and written comminication skills, leadership skills, analytical abilities and other social as well as physical skills in the child.Students are prepared for all India Senior Secondary School Examinations for various other competitive examinations at state and National Level.

Medium of Teaching

The Medium of teching is English.Every child is encouraged to communicate in English so as to develop fluency and command over this language Apart from the mother tongue-Hindi,Sanskrit and French are also introduced from classes VI to VIII.

Teaching System for Primary Classes:In the first few formative years of the child,our focus is to develop an interest towards learning.Play way methods are used in the lower primary classes.

Teaching System for Senior Classes:

In Senior Classes,our focus is to develop social Skills moral Values along with complete understanding of the physical and materialistic aspects of education.

Teaching Effectiveness

Latest equipments and educational aids are used for effective teaching.

Learning through Demonstration and Interactive Learning techniques are adopted to demonstrate practical application and encourage participation of every child with objectively and problem solving in approach

Development of Self learning attitude with conisitent progress monitoring and effective supervision 'Group learning' to develop habit of learning from others with team work.

Detailed Question Banks,and extra reference material is provided to all students for all subject well in advance.

New Examination System:

The larger context of education is to prepare futuristic citizens for a meaningful and productive life in a globalised society.To strengthen the education system a school based evaluation system a school based evaluation(CCE) suggested by C.B.S.E. would be applicable since the academic session 2015-2016;because it facilitates the school to expand its activities to bring greater vibrancy in scholastic as well as co-scholastic pursuits.The assessment of the students in every class is done in the form of grades.In CCE,assessment is divided into three parts.

Part-I:Academic Performance-Scolarship Areas.

Academic Session shall have two terms

Term-I April to September,Term-II October to March
Each term will have two formative and one summative Assessment test.The Grading scale for scholastic domain is a nine point scale for scholastic domain is a nine point scale based on direct grading.
The weight of Formative Assessment(FA) and summative Assessment(SA)shall be as follows:

The Assessment in Co-Scholastic areas will be of
(i)Like Skills-Thinking, Social and Emotional Skills(to be assessed on a five point scale)
(ii)Attitudes and values-To be assessed on a three point Grading Scale

Part-3:Co-Scholastic Activities

Grading on a three point scale will be done in the following areas-
Activities
(i)Literary, Creative, Scientific, Aeshetic and club Activities
(ii)Health and physical education
Activities(Any two be assessed during a year)
NCC/NSS, Yoga, Gymnastic, Scouts/Guides, Sports, First Aid etc.
All assessments with regard to acdemic status of the students will be done in marks and overall assessment will be given in grades.
Students shall be assessed according to the following grades.

Grading System

Promotion is based on the day to day work of the student throughout the year and also on the performance in the terminal examination.

Special Classes to ensure development of every child

Special classes, lecture demonstrations to conduct by expert facility in a specially designed air conditioned auditorium cum multimedia hall.
Special study camps to organize during summer holidays through expert faculty for classes to prepare students well in advance for the C.B.S.E. examinations.
Special Remedial Classes are to organize after the school hours and on weekends for students weak in any subject.
